Yesterday I posted a Halloween-themed card that I made on my Wednesday Facebook Live.
Today, I’m sharing a LITTLE TREAT BOX I also made. The Little Treat Box Die makes such a cute little treat box – this product has the perfect name.
Continuing on with my colour choices, from yesterday, I used SILVER FOIL to cut out the box template. I then used the BRICKS & MORTAR 3D EMBOSSING FOLDER to emboss the foil – once horizontally and the second time diagonally.
To assemble the treat box I use mini glue dots to secure the pieces.
Once assembled, I stamped the greeting onto Whisper White cardstock before using a die from the LITTLE TREAT BOX DIES and used the small hole punch from the LABEL ME FANCY PUNCH in order to be able to thread some BLACK GLITTERED ORGANZA RIBBON.
I cut three lengths of Misty Moonlight/silver Baker’s Twine, from the FLOWERS FOR EVERY SEASON RIBBON COMBO PACK, and separated the strands. I used the silver strands to tie off the black organza.
The greeting was popped up using dimensionals and a few RED RHINESTONE BASIC JEWELS were added.
Finally, a few spiders were added for the scary factor. The treat box on the right, features some Australian red back spiders – deadly!
To allay the fear factor of spiders, I popped some mini KitKats into each box – chocolate can fix so many things.
Thank you for popping by … happy stamping.
These are the products I used to make this projects. If you live in Australia, you can order any of them through me.
