TIME FOR SOME THURSDAY 3D FUN

I had three littl bottles of hair and body products sitting in my 3D project box and I knew this bundle of products would be perfect to make a gift box for each of them.

The Everyday You & Me Stamp Set was used for the greeting tag.

I really enjoy creating 3D projects to present sweet little gifts to firneds and family.

I love using Appelles products – the little bottle to the left is the shampoo that I use and it smells amazing.

The bottles fit into the box perfectly.

The tag was stamped and cut using one of the dies from the Nested Essentials Dies.

I used the Hole Punch Assortment pack, a new Online Exclusive Bundle, to punch a 1/8″ hole in the gift box lid. Then I looped a length of Baker’s Twine through the tag and fed the twive through the punched hole. I adhered a small square of the Wild Wheat inside the lid to hold the twine in place.

Tomorrow I have a Fun Fold Card to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

WELL, WHAT’S NEW THIS WEDNESDAY!

Before I share today’s projects I have some BIG NEWS!

From March 20 the new Stampin’ Rewards Program will roll out. It will give you the opportunity to earn, accrue and then redeem your rewards at a time that suits you best. Uner the existing program Stampin’ Rewards were redeemed in the same order that you earned them.

The Qualifying Purchase Amount has also changed. Now, for every $35 (AU) you will earn 10% (or $3.50) and these will accumulate in your online customer account until you wnat to redeem them.

To participate in the new Stampin’ Rewards Program you need an online customer account and you need to opt into the program. Your customer account will show you your Rewards value and when they will expire. You have 12 months to redeem your rewards. Rewards earned through product purchases expire on the last day of the month, 12 months after they are earned. For example, if rewards were earned on 10 January, they would expire on 31 January the following year.

HOW TO REDEEM REWARDS
It’s easy to redeem rewards during the checkout process. Here are a few steps to follow:

  1. During checkout, view the amount of remaining rewards.
  2. You have the option to use any/all rewards or choose to save them for a future purchase. The system shows rewards that will
    expire soon.
  3. Enter the desired amount of rewards you would like to redeem on this purchase.
  1. The redeemed rewards are subtracted from the product subtotal.
  2. Taxes and shipping are calculated on the order total minus any redeemed rewards and discounts, the net order amount. Total
shipping will be based on current shipping calculations. If the total due is 0.00, minimum shipping will apply.
  3. Enter payment information to complete the order.

I know this is a lot of information but I’m sure that as time goes on you will become more familiar and confident with the new program. If you need more information please contact me and I can take you through it in more detail.

Phew – time for some cards!

This week I am featuring the Everyday Happiness DSP & Sticker Sheet pack.

Today I have 2 cards to share with you.

The first card features one of the DSP papers and three differently sized embossed circles. I overlapped the circles and added to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I chose one of the greetings from the Sticker Sheet.

I added some DSP to the card insert and the back of the envelope.

The second card features three of the DSP designs that have been overlapped at varying angles to create an interesting background for the stamped greeting.

Then I stamped some of the floral and leaves images to die cut and then add to the card front.

The card insert and back of the envelope then had more of the DSP added.

Finally, I coloured a length of Baker’s Twine from the Essentials Pack and tied a double bow that I attached to the card using a Mini Glue Dot.

Tomorrow I have a 3D project to share.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

SCRAPBOOKING IS AN AMAZING WAY TO KEEP MEMORIES ALIVE

My paper crafting journey began with scrapbooking many years ago but after a while I moved on to card making. So it has been wonderful to bring this back into my crafting life.

Although I have had a few photobooks printed they don’t really allow you to record the memories that were made. You can share the memories with others when you take them through the book but if you’re not there to tell the story how will others know what the story is.

The photos I have included in these layouts are from our 2024 travels in the UK.

There are now several fantastic Scrapbooking Workshop Kits available. One of them is the Everyday You & Me Scrapbooking Workshop Kit pictured below. The Workshop Kit contains the paper products you need to make three double page layouts with very detailed cutting and assembly instructions.

I did not use this one but chose an ‘expansion’ pack to use.

The ‘expansion’ pack coordinates with the Workshop Kit. I chose this Everyday Happiness DSP & Sticker Sheet pack because I wanted to create my own layouts for the photos I chose to scrap.

The coordinating card stock I used were Lost Lagoon, Pretty Peacock and Wild Wheat. I used both A4 and 12″x 12″ sheets.

The Mini Alphabet Dies and Adhesive Sheets were perfect to create titles for the pages.

Adding stickers made decorating the pages so easy!.

Most of my first four layouts were single matted photos with a journaling panel.

Combing the Designer Series Paper and cardstock can create so many different layouts.

For my final layout I used the Flip Flaps to allow me to load up lots of photos to wrap up the story of our 4 weeks in the UK.

There are 10 photos set in Flip Flaps on the left hand banner and 12 on the right hand banner. There is also journaling set on each side.

The last two Flip Flaps on the right hand banner were popped into 3″x 4″ pockets because I had run out of 4″x 4″ flaps.

These layouts were so much fun to put together.

Next post, I will have some cards to share with you.

Until then, happy stamping.
