The scrapbooking I share each week is a bit ‘back to front’ because I start with the Designer Series Paper and then find the photos that will suit the layout the best. So, the Hey Sports Fan 12″x 12″ Designer Series Paper will definitely need some sporting images.
It took a while to find them but I still had some photos of my brother and our niece who both competed in the Gold Coast Marathon in 2019.
The paper I chose from the Hey Sports Fan DSP was perfect for this layout. I love the way the Bumblebee and Very Vanilla design looks like sunrays.
I mounted the photos on to Evening Evergreen cardstock and positioned centrally on the paper. Then I die cut several elements to use on the page – pennants, tickets and a journaling ticket.
I added some of the Bumblebee Resin Stars to the ticket lengths at the top of the page.
It was fun remembering this day with the family. I’m not sure what I will scrap next week but look forward the challenge.
