EACH MONDAY, MY AIM IS TO SHARE MEMORIES

This week, my Memories on Monday post doesn’t have a scrapbook page. I haven’t printed these photos yet but I can still share the memories.

Last Saturday, I joined a group of fellow demonstrators for a day offering meeting, sharing, creating, learning, training and inspiring.

The Paper Angels team day was organised by Anna Wheaton, Bec Ross and Liz Collett AND it was amazing. It started at 10am and went through until a little after 4pm.

On arrival, we each received a goodies bag that also contained our make ‘n’ take packs. Those of us who participated in swaps handed them over to Anna. This time I had a card and 3D swaps to share.

The crepe paper rainbow and balloon backdrop was made by Liz. It was used as a background for photos.

After welcoming us all and some housekeeping, it was time for a presentation. These are the photos that have launched my weight loss goal.

I presented lots of projects featuring the Waves of the Ocean Collection – this is why I have two weeks of posts ready to share.

This card is a version of the card I made for the card swap.

These are the marvellous women I spent the day creating with. It is always wonderful to do make ‘n’ takes with thoughtful, sharing and caring demonstrators. We worked together so well. Thank you to Sharon, Nicole, Felicity, Sue and Cheryl for making me feel so welcome.

This is the slimline swap card I made to share at the event. It’s great to go home and have 10 unique samples that I can share in my classes.

No photo description available.

My 3D project was a triangualr gift box. I popped some mini Toblerone treats inside the box. A copy of the template was shared with the swap.

The gift box I made used different coloured cardstock and DSP to this earlier sample. I used the New Horizons DSP and coordinating cardstock.

As a memory, this will be a very happy one. I look forward to printing the images, creating a scrapbook page and journalling this experience.

Tomorrow is Technique Tuesday. Until then, happy stamping.
