I’m hoping that I have fixed my website issues after spending a long time trying to resolve the error message I was getting.

You can find Colour INKspiration Challenges on Facebook and there are two challenges every month (on the second and fourth Wednesdays) and what a striking colour combo we have this round.
I love the refreshing colours that were chosen for this challenge.

The challenge for CI#145 is to make a paper craft project using all the colours from the chosen colour combination, Lemon Lime Twist, Tahitian Tide and Blueberry Bushel. You may also add Basic White, Crumb Cake, Very Vanilla, Basic Black or Metallics to your project. We also allow ‘Ivory’ and ‘Bronze’ in the Stampin’ Blends. If you don’t have all the colour palette, feel free to use the closest SU substitute (ie: Azure Afternoon instead of Tahitian Tide).
So, here is my contribution to the #145 Colour INKspiration Challenge.
For this card I decided to use the Translucent Florals stamp set ad coordinating dies, as well as the Dots & Spots Die.
I stamped the flowers and leaves, using the colours of this challenge, and then die cut them. The stamps really do create an amazing translucent effect.
For the background, I took strips of the cardstock and die cut them. They were then trimmed to fit the card front.
Before attaching the die cut panels, I wove a length of Lemon Lime Twist ribbon, from the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack, throught the Blueberry Bushel panel. As the two ends came through, I tied them in a bow.
The Lemon Lime Twist and Tahitian Tide die cut pieces were adhered directly onto the card front. Then the Blueberry Bushel layer was popped up using Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Then I arranged the die cut elements, overlaying them, to create a cascading effect.
This close up image shows the amazing texture created when you use this stamp. It looks like a faux linen.
The sentiment is from the Translucent Florals stamp set. I stamped it and then simply trimmed it into a rectangular shape.
To finish the card, I added some Lemon Lime Twist embellishments from the Tinsel Gems Four-Pack.
I am so very happy with this card.
