NOW FOR TODAY’S PROJECT

Thursdays are dedicated to 3D projects. I hope that you like this one.

I found a gorgeous jar of vanilla bean infused honey and new it would be perfect for this project.

The Online Exclusive bundle, Furriest Friends, was a perfect complimentary product to use for this gift ‘box’.

The box base started as a piece of 8 1/2″ x 8″ Daffodil Delight cardstock. It was scored at 2″, 4″, 6″ and 8″. The 8″ side was scored at 2″.

The 6″ front of the box was lowered by 1″, to 5″, and the sides angled up to the 6″ point.

This piece of DSP was cut into three panels to the front and sides of the box. I used Multipurpose Glue to adhere them into place. Then, using Stampin’ Seal+, I formed the box and adhered the base into place with Multipurpose Glue.

I stamped the honey eating bear image, from the Fluffiest Friends Bundle, in Crumb Cake and then used Stampin’ Blends to colour him. i used the Medium (SU500) and Medium Deep (SU300) colours.

The bear, grass, branch ad hive were cut using the Fluffiest Friends Dies. They were then adhered to the front of the box.

I partially covered the greeting stamp with a Post it note, inked it and then removed the note. The greeting was then stamped onto a thin strip of Basic White card. A small strip of dimensionals was used to lift the greeting up giving some height to the front of the box.

Tomorrow is Friday and that means a Fun Fold Card day.

Until the, happy stamping.
