Hello and thank you so much for popping by today.

Today is all about celebrating Colour INKspiration’s 100th challenge. I have only been participating in these colour challenges for a short period of time and recently enjoyed looking back over all 100 challenges. Thank you to Bronwyn Eastley and the CI team for providing all of these colour combinations to inspire our creativity, since January 11, 2017 . This the colour combination for #CI100.

Here is the card I created.

I used the zig zag die from the new Basic Borders Dies to cut a number of coloured strips of cardstock. Once cut, I then adhered them to a piece of Basic White cardstock. This was then embossed using the new Pretty Flowers Embossing Folder. The embossed cardstock was then trimmed down to be used as a card front layer.

Using a greeting from the Create With Friends Stamp Set, the ‘celebrate’ was stamped three times – once each each in the three challenge colours. ‘Celebrate’ was the perfect greeting to choose for this 100th challenge celebration. The greetings were cut using one of the Stitched Rectangle Dies before being stacked and a small hole punched, to accommodate a brad from the Round & Square Brads. The greetings were fanned out and secured using a Mini Glue Dot on each layer. The layered greeting was then popped up onto the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

A strip of the embossed coloured cardstock was added to the card insert and some die offcuts were added to the card front.

The final touch was to add some 2020-2022 In Colour Square Gems to the card front. I really like that so many of the different dies are stitched, making them so easy to coordinate.

This is such a wonderfully vibrant colour combination and a perfect way to celebrate 100 Colour INKspiration challenges.
