MEMORY KEEPING IS MEANT TO BE A MONDAY POST … OOPS, I’M A DAY LATE

This week I am featuring the Florals in Bloom Suite Collection that you will find in the May 2025 – April 2026 Annual Catalogue.

For the two scrapbooking pages I have created I focussed on the Designer Series Paper and then added some stamped and die cut elements.

I used White Willow 12″x 12″ card and Strawberry Slush and Secret Sea A4 card. The layers of card and DSP were measured and cut before being added to the white background.

Each page was almost an exact mirror to each other.

The title was made using the word dies from the Sweet Blooms Dies. The Strawberry Slush die cuts were adhered to the Secret Sea word base using Adhesive Sheets.

To decorate the pages I stamped and die cut several of the floral images from the Pretty Florals Bundle.

I have yet to add photos and journalling areas to these pages.

One of the greatest features of a Designer Series Paper pack is the gorgeous coordination in both colour and design. Thank goodness we have an amazing Concept Artists team at Stampin’ Up!©.

I will share some cards and a 3D project during the week.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

If you live in Australia, you can order any of the products I used to make this card by going to my online store. As you read through this post, you will see the products I used for this project. The new items are available from May 5th.

SHARING AN EXTRA PROJECT TODAY

Sadly the first project I made with this suite was a condolence card for the family and loved ones following the death of someone I knew.

The card base was made with one of the new 2025-2027 In Colours, Secret Sea.

A panel of Cloud Cover card was embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D Embossing Folder.

To make sure there would be enough space for people to write their messages I created a three panel fold out insert. The front of the card and the insert panels all had the floral DSP adhered to them.

The message panels and the back of the envelope had strips of DSP added to them.

The sentiment, from the Something Fancy Stamp Set, was stamped and then cut using one of the Unbounded Love Dies.

It has been wonderful creating with the Beautiful Gallery Suite Collection this week.

Next week I will feature another new Suite Collection that will available from May 5th.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.

FUN FOLD FRIDAY IS HERE AGAIN

Today I have another fun fold card for you. It is an easy M Fold Card.

The card base measures 12″x 5 3/4″ and is scored at 4″, 6″ and 8″.

I wanted to make a masculine card and chose this beautiful coastal scene from the Beautiful Gallery DSP pack.

The Pecan Pie and Misty Moonlight colours work so well together.

I wrapped Linen Thread around the DSP and Misty Moonlight several times and tied it off. Then I tied a triple bow and attached it with a Mini Glue Dot.

The greeting was stamped and trimmed so that would fit inside the bookplate. I added dimensionals to the back of the bookplate so that it could sit up over the threads.

The Designer Series Paper was also added to the card inserts.

Tomorrow I have an extra project to share.

Until then, happy stamping and scrapbooking.
